TECHNICAL SUPPORT
To support our machines, FMC uses both Northbrook, IL personnel and regional independent contractors such as American Parts and Services, Inc. (APS) of Schaumburg, IL for programming support, machine installation, and warranty service work. This arrangement includes the MCZ model Bus Bar machines and the ET mechanical , RT hydraulic model & VT hydraulic model CNC turret presses for the North America market.
