Foremost Machinery has experienced service engineer personnel to support your fabrication system through its entire product life cycle. Their expertise is such, that most builder brands of equipment have been serviced. Call for specifics about your specific equipment repair or rebuild needs. Field service needs to be scheduled in advance, preferably with a minimum of two weeks notice.

A customer representative must be present while service is performed.

FIELD PROGRAMMING PRICING

Structure Hourly Rates

• $110 per hour — labor (on-site time)
• $65 per hour portal-to-portal — travel

After Hours Premium

• Time-and-a-half (1-1/2 times hourly rates) for work performed 5pm to 8am Mon.- Fri., and all day on Saturday
• Double-time (2 times hourly rates) for any work performed on Sundays and holidays

Overnight Expenses

• $140 per day (includes meals and lodging)
• Excluded for work done in one day and not requiring overnight travel to or from customer site

Travel Cost

• Mileage will be charged at $0.50/mile (except rental car)
• If air travel is required, customer will be billed for actual fare based on economy coach travel, plus mid-size car rental
• All travel arrangements will be made solely at the discretion of Foremost Machinery

Conditions

• Purchase order required for all service work
• Minimum 2-hour charge for on-site labor
• Travel charges are limited to a maximum of eight hours per one-way trip within the Continental United States

BULK FIELD SERVICES LABOR DISCOUNT SCHEDULE

• 80-160 Hours - 15%
• 160-240 Hours - 20%
• 240-300 Hours - 25%

• Applies to regular, overtime and doubletime
• Travel hours not discounted
• Not combined with other discounts
• Invoiced in bulk amount
